The Siebenelch's on tour

Hi guys.

I met with Michael "Vitec" Siebenelch last Friday for an evening out with the Siebenelch treated cars. We have an indoor track near Hamburg which is located with an old glasshouse. The track is not the very best since it has a hogh grip carpet surface with loads of ruts and bumbs underneath but is the only chance to get some practice beside normal races.

The cars went quite well but Michael had some setup issues and I broke a read inboard carrier which is ok since it allready had to be replaced due to excessive play.

More pics to come plus an update on my worlds car thread very soon.

Cheers

Seb

He reduced it to blue springs (and 400cpcs oil) on the rear but may have done even better with silver because he had some problems with a bouncing rear end. I used silver springs, 35wt oil and #2 (? - not 100% sure tbh) pistons on the rear and it was planted.

That is true. It was so much fun to drive this car there! And I think, we was not so slow against the other racers.

Each time I drive this car, people come to me and tell, that they have also a RC10 in the garage and they think about to restore it, after they see, how great this car can drive on the track.

Funny!

And I like the sound of the RC10! It sounds much better, than a modern car. I think, it´s because the massive Alu-Chassis. New cars are screaming in my ears.
