I don't know how many folks took advantage of the sale on the mini b race rollers but I did.
I'm starting this thread to put some information out there, and for others to add what they learn to it.
If you have thing to add please do.

The Mini B appears to be nearly identical to the Mini T 2.0, The Mini t 1.0 had bearing axles
Many of the electronics will be compatible with other 1/16 - 1/18 cars

Motors
Small size 280 motors. These are much more expensive than the 380 counterparts. The RTR motor is labeled a 28 turn
It appears that the brushless motors for this class are spec'd by size so a 2430 motor is 24 mm in diameter and 30 mm in length.
it looks like 2430 are spec'd for this class, but other 24XX motors may fit.
Servos
The stock servo horn in a 20t micro-horn. The servo size is 'micro' Battery
The car can only fit a 8-900 Mah Battery. Consider looking at airplane Lipo as well
7.4V 800mAh 2S 50C Hardcase LiPo Battery EC2

Wheels/Tires
I think these are standard 8mm hex wheels. The axles are the same for the Mini B and the Mini t2.0

I finished my Losi mini B pro roller today.

I used the Hobbywing 18A ESC, 7800KV 2030 motor, CHNL 650 70c 2s battery, and Radiolink R4FGM receiver (buried under the wire burrito), and Emax es08md ii servo.

The servo does not work with the supplied AL servo horn. Additionally, the supplied servo mounts are spaced to use a servo saver and will place everything too far rearward. I designed and 3d printed a new servo mount which should also hold a transponder on top. I'd add the file here but it won't let me attach a .3mf extension. Message me if you want the file.

I've only put one pack through this. It's very quick and more nimble than I can keep up with. Being this tiny, bumps upset it quite a bit.

Lots of fun!

I have no idea why some of my top posts I can alter and some I can't.

I found a company making aftermarket chassis for the mini-t.2/B

It's a touring conversion that allows for larger batter packs as well as a 4s setup.

Kevins a good dude, when he started out we helped him with some prototyping. Looks like he is doing quite well!
