I use a 4-40 T-nut that I trim the brad tips off of. The get trimmed to the shape/size I need.

OK that's promising. I'm looking for a cone because it's for a backwards application where a tapered screw usually goes. Basically I'm abusing the use of the forum in hopes that someone says, "Yes Mark, these work for your application. I have used them many times and the results are always perfect."
Hope you're doin' something fun.

These are brass and will easily drill and tap.
I typically drill them out for applications that require more clearance than a larger 4-40 or 3mm conical spacer provides.

Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

I’m not sure why they would say it to me…… you’re the one that asked

Who do you race for ?
Me……. I race for me.
That’s impossible, I was told you need a sponsor to race.
Hey Cru ! Go balls out

That's likely the case. Maybe it's something to look into changing.

Looks good to me. I made it a 'sticky' topic so it shouldn't be auto-pruned according to the settings.

I have never been able to properly state my dislike of low profile tires on trucks as well as this picture does.

Giant rims and low pro tires on anything are ridiculous, not to mention dangerous in many instances.

Re: Bored? Come To The Chit / Chat Thread
Picked this lot of tires up from the local Flea Market this past weekend. $15, and the seller was happy to get rid of them!
I can get rear 1/10 donuts from a local guy all day long for $7.50 a pair, so the Bolinks aren't all that exciting, but two rear sets + one front set for a Traxxas Bullet and a front set for a Cat ................... and then just some funky a$$ aj's front offroad foams made it a no brainer!!

Re: Bored? Come To The Chit / Chat Thread
I am convinced that there is just one local guy, into vintage RC cars, that hits all the local yard sales, garage sales, flea markets, estate sales, swap meets, etc about 30 minutes before I do!
