I have a huge love for the Tyco Bandit as well as the Tamiya King Cab, so I like to make tributes by combining the two of my favorite RC trucks together. I have done this in the past with the original theme Tamiya King Cab and always wanted to make the iconic yellow one that was featured in the Radio Control Car Action Magazine. It's about 90% done. I just need to install some more parts, touch up some mistakes, and wait on shapeway parts to arrive so I can install head and tail lights. I must say I am getting better with this air brush painting and feel I will never go back to spray cans again. Now, I am on the fence of installing a new electronics and brushless motor or keeping the original Tyco set up. I would love to hear what you guys think I should do. Thanks and stay tuned!

It's amazing! I love that you have a king cab replica in the background too. I think the bandit is plenty fast as is. I personally wouldn't chance running brushless in one.

Thanks for your feedback. I have done a brushless conversion on a couple bandits in the past but I do agree the bandit is pretty fast on its own
