Trinity brought the 1/12th scale Revolver 12P and 12SS cars to market in 1993 as smaller scale versions of the Evolution 10 and 10SS platforms. Both the 12P and the 12SS are based on graphite plate chassis with a scaled down version of Trinity's Reactive Caster front suspension. The Triad rear suspension, unable to scale down as effectively, was replaced by a single Delta-style aluminum oil-filled coil over shock with lateral dampening rods supporting the graphite rear pod. With a direct drive transmission the "Magic" spur gear equipped ball differential with hollow graphite axle led to TRC ZR1 wheels shod in green dot foam tires fitted to both models. Neither included a body. Unlike its larger brothers differences between the 12th scale pair were limited:

12P: Pan car, symmetrical chassis plate, saddle mounted batteries 7.75in wheelbase.
12SS: Super Speedway car, asymmetrical chassis plate, left side inline mounted batteries, 8.75in wheelbase
