Looking at a B5M online. Thinking about picking one up. Any specific things to look for?

You need to look for longer. When you look at enough auctions you can understand if that kit is priced where it should be,
Is there a reason you want a b5, which is long out of production as opposed to the b6 which is more recent and will have more part support?

I have a b6 and a b7. Was thinking about getting one from each line. Plus parts for the b4 and b5 also fit the rb10.

I'd been looking at b5's for a bit a while back. They faded in popularity and I was able to scope out some fairly good deals as they weren't 'vintage' but just old. I went with a centro instead, but facebook was a place where I found a few. There is an official rule here about pricing stuff.
If it's somethings you want at a price you want to pay then consider it. The eBay search function has a completed tab were you can see all the completed sales for a search term. It's very helpful in determining if you are looking at a reasonable price.

Removed the price question.

I think I am going to go the Short Course Truck route right now. Thank you for the posts and PM’s.
