Oof, someone mangled that. It most likely should be a flat plate, but would probably crack/split if flattened while cold. It might be a universal model.

It's funny and ironic that someone "modded" it like that...it's a heatsink, supposed to dissipate heat, and yet it's been ground down to significantly reduce the surface area extending out to the heatsink fins...in the pursuit of reducing weight. :roll:
