Oof, someone mangled that. It most likely should be a flat plate, but would probably crack/split if flattened while cold. It might be a universal model.

Looks like the Lazer litesink that someone modified a little

It's funny and ironic that someone "modded" it like that...it's a heatsink, supposed to dissipate heat, and yet it's been ground down to significantly reduce the surface area extending out to the heatsink fins...in the pursuit of reducing weight.

It's the light Litesink?
