What are the differences between both gearbox case for RC10 Classic? What I concerned whether all internal (gears, etc.) use in 6605 compatible with 6642?

its the same part, just AE changing part numbers on things they didnt need to, and not changing them on other things they should have. LOL

Sounds great! I have seen AE started to release more parts, such as idler gear, hopefully more would be available for gearbox. This is because I want to rebuilt the transmission.
