Hi,
Need your advice on tap for the aluminum 8-32 skrew holes.
The new AE chassis kit #6637 that includes front plate is missing threads on the rear holes.
Is it 8-32 UNC thread tap that is needed and what pitch?

#8 is the size and 32 threads per inch is the pitch. An 8-32 tap is the correct specification.

The impact drill/tap bits work perfect for this. Just use a standard hex screwdriver bit handle.
