Hey guys , I've got a project that I used some Fran RC front shocks on but I need some stiffer springs , the ones supplied with the shocks are quite short too so are there any stiffer , maybe longer springs that will fit on old school gold fronts ?

What length shocks?

There is also the option of using different spring cups.
B4's had various spring cups that seated the spring at different heights, all higher than the early cups that Fan RC copied.

Here is a comparison Pic. Both car have the same length shocks, same springs, and same tires. The short arms and Andy's arms mount the shock relatively the same.
The difference in spring seat height and preload is pretty evident.

I did look at the cups , they are really deep , I did consider just making a 2 or 3 mm spacer to go over them so I might start there

Associated 6491 springs, Kysosho scw026 spring set I believe would work also.

Kyosho SCW026 set is worth checking out too. Adding that small spacer you mentioned could help dial in the height and stiffness.

Just recently someone here also mentioned that Schumacher still offers non-big-bore springs that could work for your case.

Sorry for the late reply, but as I mentioned in another thread the Schumacher small bore springs would work very well. In your case probably with a 3-4 mm tube under the cup.
Of course this depends on your wheels (in case you are racing with 2.2) and your desired final ride height. Here is the front spring chart.
