Topcat / Cougar Chassis measurements PN #U7547

Does anyone know the measurements of the Topcat / Cougar Chassis (main tub width/length, taper to front bulkhead width/length, etc)? I am curious whether Topcat / Cougar (Classic/2) bodies will work on a Traxxas Nitro Buggy.
