Twister Motors - number etched on can vs turns etc?

Question is specific to twister but may be similar or same answer for other brands. Does anyone know how to deduct the winding from the number etched on the can. For example the pic below I have can that are marked '11', '12' and '13' and I don't remember what windings they are. I'd rather not take them apart again (also it's sometimes hard to count turns and dual/triple/quad/quint etc with naked eye).

I don't think Twister always marked the cans. I have some with markings, some without. Those could be 11 turn, 12 turn, and 13 turn motors. Whether they are single, double, triple strand, etc winds would probably need to be seen by disassembly though.

ok thanks. I'll wait to see if anyone else chimes in but maybe I'm the guy to figure it out. I have one or two more of these old black can wet magnet twister modifieds so a good sample set to work from. A few of them I already have notes from back whenever the last time I took them apart - I would count the windings and take resistance measurements and try to see if single, double triple etc.. and take any notes of armature marking.,,should be able to figure it out

I looked at my Twister motors again. They all do have some sort of marking. That number probably isn't number of turns. My 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 53 are unlikely to be the number of turns for those motors.

probably just an ID number so they can tell them all apart. Like a serial number but not as long.

We will have to try to crack the code. I know what a few of mine are supposed to be so that will help, but till now the scratched code doesn't really match up to turns or wind for any of them. There's actually a 3W on eBay now that seller says is 21x3 so will just have to gather data and figure it out. I have the thought that maybe the letter was the turns (like W is the 23rd letter of the alphabet). But that doesn't jive either.
I wonder if any of the people that made them still around?
