Brushless conversion from Nitro

Hey there,
I've got an original Nitro MT that I have way too much money and time into to sell it cheap. I want to convert it to brushless but don't much about it. I ran an O.S. .12CVX and it was plenty fast for me. I'm looking for a conversion kit that will give me similar results running NiCad (not going to go to LiPo any time soon and I have a bunch of batteries already). Assuming the non-LiPo route is possible, do you have any suggestions for a setup?
