Greetings from Maryland

Hi all,

Getting back into r/c after a 30+ year hiatus.
Started out with a few Sears and Radio Shack cars back in the 70s and early 80s.
My first hobby grade was a Marui Samurai, quickly followed by an early Cadillac gold pan.
Shopped at a little hobby shop on BelAir Rd in the Overlea area of Baltimore (near the street car/bus turnaround), and Gary Nixon's shop in Timonium.

Then you know how it goes; graduate hs, college, work, family, etc.. No idea what happened to my cars, probably gave them to a neighborhood kid.
Just bought two very rough A pans from a friend on FB, should be arriving Friday.
Given my trade, I doubt I'll need too much advice, but I'm positive there are folks here who know worlds more than I do, specific to the RC10.
That's why I'm here.
I look forward to participating with the collective experience and knowledge of this group!

Nice! Lived in Elkton for a few years, Whitehall West. Early 2000s. My wife still works in Elkton

Ever go to Harford Rocks crawler park?

No. I used to mountain bike at Patapsco. If I take a scaler out, it is usually to Fair Hill.

I work in Catonsville, right against the park. I see the mountain bikers parked on Rolling Rd all the time. I'm too fat and old for that!
