Unfortunately I managed to strip the spur gear on my 40th rere. Not having much luck finding a suitable replacement. Would be greatly appreciated if you might know where to find one or a suitable alternative.
-Thank you

Ok, I did come across that. WIll the diff balls fit in those holes? I thought those were mounting holes. Thanks for the reply.

Those are diff ball holes that get used as mount holes when the gear is used on a Stealth slipper.

If your LHS has a standard Kimbrough, it is the exact same gear. Oddly enough, it is cheaper in Associated packaging.

Also, if you upgrade to 12 total carbide diff balls in the kimbrough gear you will have the best diff/slipper holding set up. Remember, that poor gear has to serve as both in a 6 gear trans.

Does anybody happen to have a link to the Kimbrough spur gear? I have two RC10 6 gears that are in need of new spur gears and I'm hoping to find 48p gears like in the 40th. Thanks in advance for any help.

This is the Kimbrough 48 pitch spur gear, just sold through Associated.

Any 1/8 diff balls will work. For normal use, I use the cheap RJ Speed ones.
Once Associated stops selling diff rings for the six gear (or out of stock), the RJ Speed ones work as well.

I used these
