Here is my new RC10 Team Car (Re-Re) runner.
My previous runner had worn through it's 2nd chassis and every nut and bolt had to be checked after each run. So with the current "re-re rain" by AE, it was a perfect time for a fresh one.
I know, the current "cool thing" to do a long-arm, bigbored, GT transmission equipped monster.
But I wanted to keep a bit more simple (boring, I know.....) and just put in a JC-racing transmission to get a geardiff option for the car.
Other things are a stainless steel spine to give it some stiffness, altered front kick-up, a slipper weight (recent addition), etc....
Carryovers from the previous runner (the Mutant) include carbon shocktowers, ballbearing steering, and a few other bits and bobs.
Used a some FanRC parts as well, pretty happy with the material of the hubs and casterblocks. Not sure yet about the drive shafts and slipperplates. But time will tell.
Until everything is proven, it will have to do with a 7.5 brushless Novak motor. Other electrics include a Novak brushless esc, unknown servo and a Ko receiver controlled by a KO Esprit stick transmitter.
Ohh.. Since it's a runner I thought to put in a small video instead of a 2nd picture
