Associated Cat Paws - Any ideas???

In an auction lot a while ago I got these 'tyres'.... They're called "Front Tire Donut / Molded", part no. 2635. They're a solid rubber donut, pretty heavy, 37mm wide (31mm tread width), 70mm outside diameter, 40mm inside.
Anybody know what they fit???
Are they rare?
Are they worth anything?????

looks like it has some kind of foam insert
are they as wide as it appears in the bag?

No foam insert matey, they're SOLID...... and yes, quite wide
