Hi all
Been busy this weekend so thought I would post up pictures of my new built Bosscat works. All parts are new, shell was masked by me but sprayed by airheadgraphics.
Hope you all like
Scott

what a nice car !!......
as far as I remembered....... I think Boss Cat got two types of chassis........one with 6 battery slots .......another one with 8..........is the "Works" version comes with the one having 6 or 8 ??......

I believe that the standard Bosscat chassis (all versions except the Sport) had 8 cell slots. You could chose whether you ran the cells forwards or backwards, however you had to file lugs off to run the forwards set

There was also a optional USA Nationals carbon fibre chassis which had just the 6 cell slots, but further forwards than the standard car & it was narrower too. Looking at Scott's photo's I'm guessing the car has a Fibre-lyte chassis fitted, as it looks standard width but with only 6 cell slots.
USA on the left, standard on the right hand side
Finally there was an optional "Team" asymmetric chassis which mounted the cells at an angle to try and get them closer to the centre of the car. I don't think any Bosscat's came with this as standard, not even the "Works" edition. It doesn't leave much material to servo tape your electronics on to!

many thanks !!.........
for the optional asymmetric chassis...........stick a small lexan sheet onto the chassis so that you can have an area to servo tape the electronics........
