I thought one of these might be good for cleaning some smaller parts with some simple green perhaps....good idea, or waste of money?

This one on eBay is 40$ shipped. There is a basket, CD holder & watch holder. Not sure how this would clean a CD, but who knows....

stainless steel cleaning tank -1.3 pint/750ml (inside dimension 6"x5"x2" deep)

Well I can't say that none of them work, but my wife got one for jewelry and it was a complete waste of money. She went right back to the bottled cleaner and a small brush. The big question is: Where the hell is she getting all this jewelry??

No, it takes batteries...OH, you meant the cleaner! seriously though, yes. It was not as nice as that one appears to be. In fact, I think it may have been a Christmas gift from me so you know it was cheap.

This one runs on AC, so it might be better than a battery operated model.

So in a nutshell, your saying your wife did not like the cheap vibra thing you got her, so she went back to
the hand method?

The way I see it you could re-sell it for 1/2 price and only be out $20 if it's a total disappointment.

Good ole Woobergoober uses one of these (not sure if the same one, but doubt it) and gets some great results.... so IF he ever comes back to the fold, I'm sure he'll add a positive comment..... although at 6" by 5" by 2", you'll have to disassemble your Sand Scorcher first... lol....
