I bought this car a few weeks ago from Evilpay, shady pictures, nice buy-it-now and a missing link in my collection. Well I already have a few Graphite chassis but all of them are drilled for the Stealth and hopped-up. I couldn't beleive my eyes when the car arrived, I knew it had only a few runs as the original tires where still on it but I never thought it would be in such a good shape. Everything is original (down to the Reedy motor?) and all plastic parts are litterally virgin and free of any scratches, chassis is in awesome condition with some minor scuffs... I torn it down completely, cleaned every single e-clip, relubed everything and I'm now in the process of reassembling it. Enjoy!

Nice score. One of my personal favorite models. If I ever get around to investing the time and money in
putting together a true to factory ride that would be my first choice.

Thanks for the nice comments guys, it's indeed quite easy to find a nice Graphite Team Car chassis, but these stock 6-gear Graphite are quite hard to find in this condition. It's been a while since I was searching for one of those and I think I can say I found some rarer items much more faster. So, was the Reedy motor included in the kit and was there a bushing and a ball-raced kits available BITD? More pics will follow soon.

6025 Bushing kit
6030 Bearing kit

No motor or electrics included in either kit. That motor is period correct though.

YES indeed I'm pretty happy with it. Thought I could use the chassis for my early 4wd MIP car, but (again) it looks too nice when all cleaned. I mounted some wheels I got at hand for the pictures but I'll clean the original rims, keep the front tires as they're still in good shape and replace the rear used ones with a pair of new ones. There are still some minor things to do on it like fitting the gear cover, a rear gold motor guard (I'm missing the correct screws) and of course a Protech II body... Enough blabla, let's look at some pics!

Why add the motor guard? :? I'd think the TQ21/71 would be the final touch. It's a really nice car!
