rpm one piece front mount?

Has anyone used one of these before? I haven't seen one on a car before?

Looks just like the andy's to the T. Just looked at my andy's car. Maybe that why thay didn't make a lot of them.

Andy's is a liitle sturdier similar style but more nylon in the center.
