Quality, I think your right. It doesn't look like a bought chassis as its a bit mishapen on the front curves, defo a home made special.

First time i see this beltdrive getting the lightening treatment.
The belt tends to harden a bit into the shape of the pulley which gives a strange fell to it. But once you run it you can't tell.
I found it very nice and quiet for vintage racing.
Just whished it had a slipper
