When the last car(a Yok) pulls up and the guy says something about Gary the loud speaker sounds like they announced Walker or maybe I was hearing things.

Nope you heard right. Gary Walker was at this meeting along with myself, Darryn and James. Gary was 'INDEED' running the Yoke' 870c. I always thought Gary was serious about racing the older cars but it never turned out that way....LOL
