Yeah, I was about to lay down the law, but then I realized I have no idea what he's even talking about.

If this is a trade solicitation outside the bst which it looks like to me, this is your warning not to do it again. I don't know what the problem with following the rules is lately. If it isn't, you might want to find a new translator because it's hard to understand what you are trying to say.
