I have talked to a local shop and they can supply custom-made gear with Delrin or 6061 aluminum.
Regarding the belt, they can supply in different sizes from various suppliers eg 3M

BTW, I know a place here in Hong Kong that is able to deliver custom gear in Delrin.
Does the Ten4 have a different rear gearbox than the stock RC10??

Re: Ten4?
Can you list what parts are discontinued? If you have the drawings and requirements of those parts, I might source them from China through custom make.

Ten4?
Hello!
Any difference between MIP RC10 4x4and Ten4?
Is Ten4 still available?
What is the rear transmission on the Ten4? The AE stock 6 gears transmission?
Thanks

Hi!
Does anyone know about this rerelease?
Same 6 gears transmission? Still, has the nylon-type gearbox?
Thanks!

Re: Yokomo YZ4 vs YZ4SF2
based on the same driver and set up of the cars the YZ4 would still be better than the older Yokomo cars due to suspension, drive train, steering etc, in my opinion the Bmax would still be better than the YZ4 I wouldn't go with the DB02 as it has drive train and handling issues, the ZX7 is getting ...

Re: Yokomo YZ4 vs YZ4SF2
Thanks for the advice! .
By looking at the layout and appearance of TRF503, it is very similar to the Yokomo MR4BX.
Both have carbon fibre chassis, and those suspension angle seems pretty close. The difference is ball diff vs gear diff.

Re: Yokomo YZ4 vs YZ4SF2
Do you think the superb yz10 or mr4bx able to beat the yz4 easy these days?
Frankly I am considering the following.
Fully hop up Tamiya DB02
Kyosho ZX7
Yokono YZ4SF2
Serpent SDX4 Evo
You forgot to mention the Yokomo B Max4 III, this one is pretty good as well

Re: Yokomo YZ4 vs YZ4SF2
What about Kyosho ZX7 and Serpent SDX4 Evo? Because I don't see people mentioned these two as far as high performance modern racer goes.
I am curious how the yz4 beli drive 4WD compare with the vintage MX 4 that was considered as the greatest buggy back In the day

Re: Optima rerelease vs optima mid / Lazer ZX-S evo
I never owned any optima in the past or its derivatives. This is because I loved my tamiya /op up boomerang back in the time. I have bought the Kypsho Rocky for fun back in th mid 87 and drov n it for short period of time. Lots of my friends like the Lazer though. My current selection for Kyosho wou...

Also I agree with you. Most shaft drive 4WD off-road made today look very similar.

Re: Optima rerelease vs optima mid / Lazer ZX-S evo
Either you made some typos, or you have your models confused. You said ZX-S Evo, and NOT the ZX7. These are COMPLETELY different beasts. The ZX-S Evo was a very limited release of 200 cars in 1996, plus some factory works cars for the 1995 race season. If you manage to find one, expect to pay EASIL...
