Have you fitted the 7 cell battery hold-down that he sends with that chassis, might be a tight fit seeing that your using the Desert Dog rear shock mount/roll bar?

Unfortunately not as that would be the 94 YZ10 version, Ive supplied him with the .jpegs and he has put them into .pdf which I will let him post as it was his handywork.

I have a manual for an YZ10 I think it's complete but there is no front page but it looks pretty good and it is English. Mark, I have several sets I consider original and 1 set doesn't have any holes in the bottom, another a small hole and a third set like in my pictures from before with the larger hole. I can't say any of these are wrong as all are the correct size and shape and material and hold a wing wire in place...

Glass bead blasting works great then spray a couple light coats of clearcoat on it to keep it from oxidizing again. I'll second Mike's suggestion as I have used it on all my Yok magnesium parts and finished with the light coating of clear, works really good and just to be clear it's "glass bea...
