Re: RC10T cleanup and repair

Looks like a late run 7001 to me. Thick arms could have been upgraded at some point, but given the late towers I'd say it's original. The giveaways are the lack of 3* rear toe, lack of 6221 front alloy axels, white AE nuts on steering set IMO. They ran the'RC10T' for a while even as the 7035 was bei...

Re: 91 Masami Stealth replica COMPLETED!!!!!!

There is a member here that owns an original. He can attest to the kickup rate if he chooses, and you are aware you are measuring off of a drawing...right? Also, I'm very familiar with thd composite producers in this country, and no...kickup panels are not available anywhere, nor are any other versi...

How's that go....Measure twice, print parts once?
Those rear arms were more like measure thrice, make twice, check once....make again. Don't recall those being printed ones. Lots of trial and (very slight) error at first.

Re: 91 Masami Stealth replica

I'm always curious to why those who put in the time and effort for a project are asked for access to those resources by those who didn't. It might well be very commonplace, and I may be ignorant to that. When I designed graphics I was often asked the can-I-have-that-file question at least a dozen ti...

Thanks for the kind words. Loved building it, had fun with the story too. Thanks to Aaron for the trade on the chassis, Joey on the front tires, Scr8p on the speedo, paint and...I can't recall what else, RC10resto for the rear tires and the very very coo, person who GAVE me the NIP nose.

Re: #7035 Team truck (NIB) build

Those parts look exactly as they should to me. The early 7001 tended to be slightly more bone colored than the latter for sure...and if you ever sourced later 3 piece wheels for the T and put them on an early truck you can really really see the difference. Marlo is in 'correct over spray and grease ...
