If your not racing, I personally think a sensorless esc/motor will work just fine. I run a castle sidewinder which is sensorless and it runs great. I dont run a fan on it, but I do run the fan on my hobbywings. The hobbywing, with a fan on it still fits in my b4 without any problems.

Yep, its a sidewinder/5700 combo. i bought some 3000mah lipos for this and theres still pleanty of room in the battery compartment, I just wanted to play it safe.
