Re: RCH oval conversion kit.

Here's the pics, sorry it took so long camera software issues. I think I have most of the hardware, problem is the bag had a few holes in it. When I get a chance I will try to figure out how to scan and upload the manual and color ad, it has parts listed on the back. Pretty neat piece of RC10 histo...

Re: LA/OC vintage meet up?

Although theres no actual flying,we still have a good time with food, getting to know other members,b/s/t sessions, and b...

Re: Jomac Lightning 2000 preview.

.........just something about them. I don't exactly know what it is, must be the elegant simplicity. A bit of flexy plank with electrics and wheels, fine tuned to be a slot car with steering... and every manufacturer (and builder) put their own personal touches to the design making them all interes...

Re: Who made these shock clamps?

These are the CRP/RCH shock clamps http://www.tamiyaclub.com/tc_userimages/34/img34_2202003110804_8.jpg The two set screws are 90 degrees from the each other. The way these allow the spring up inside reminds me of the early CRP coilovers for the SRB's Obviously these are much larger but similar in ...

Re: Cantilever shock geometry on my Superchamp SRB mod

Hi ...I'm seeking some help on the geometry of this shock set up. Doing a test fit, I have nice spring and compression in the shock itself, but the way I have it, the set up basically pivots left side to right side, that is, it doesnt lift the chassis to provide suspension. I dont have the instruct...

Re: Chassis and nerf bar ID

Rather than start a new thread I’m adding photos of an RCH wing I’ve had for a while. Does anyone know if this was originally made for the SRB or another car? It will end up on a SRB project either way! Wings were not designed for any one specific car, as much as for the RCH modified Rough Rider ca...

Re: RC10 RCH Oval Project

Need to get back on this one sometime. Pit Stop chain drive. I have to say, I almost forgot about this kit. It was one of the last kits my dad and I put together. I did a one off Yokomo kit that never went to market. I finished it up mid afternoon on a Friday, took it to the track with zero testing...

Re: RCH motors - any knowledge there on company and motors?

Well, the fact that the labels were still the black and white label makes me think this was something else my dad did, but I never ran one of those. Those were early offerings but didn't last long. Now that I look at the back of the labels, it explains more. Notice there are two different addresses?...
