ok, for the tough corners, a small wire wheel on a dremel tool will help clean that out. If you want a brushed finish and the chassis is already pretty flat, you will need scotchbrite, and you will have to run it down the chassis in ONLY ONE direction. alternatively, you can secure the scotchbrite o...

Back when I was in full force with these cars years and years ago, I used to make pretty much anything I needed, either out of aluminum (6061, T6), or G10 (garolite), typically around .093" or 3/32, sometimes the thickness isn't exactly that. particularly shock towers, since they tended to get ...

Yep, sand them down a bit at a time until the bearing fits on. These parts, whether stock or the 48 pitch are not exactly 3/8" so once in awhile, you have to massage them to fit properly.

Use a high grit sandpaper, maybe somewhere around 800 grit or so.
