How far are you going to take the project to replicate the original? Electronics, Motor, AE antenna mount, etc…?

This has been a very interesting thread. Here’s my take - I think Kyosho had a competitive car setup for the track conditions, and then Joel was the best driver that year and won. Factory Works RC10 Comical - spent hours this Labor Day weekend scrounging parts. Pretty happy with the progress.

Customs Delay?

Any experience on how long Us customs is currently taking? I have an item shipped from Canada, and it’s been sitting in Customs since 3/28/23. I contacted the postal Service, and they couldn’t provide any other info.

MRP PRO-110 Trans Gear Fitment Issue

So hoping someone can assist. I am working on an MRP Pro-110, and the drive gear (PN 11-4065)doesn’t fit (too big diameter) to the idler gear. I believe it requires a 46t 48p gear. When I compare with my original Pro-110, the gear is larger (26mm vs 25.45mm), yet has the same tooth count and I belie...
