Re: B4.5

That looks to me thta it might be a new molded chassis. As far as the slipper cover, I can understand it. I have recently found that my V2 slipper can become very inconsistnt because of heat. The biggest problem is the glazing of the slipper plates (yes the aluminum pieces), and consiquently the pa...

Re: B4.5

Reg, you will find that it works just fine. It may even work better at your local track since it seems like traction is at a premium there most of the time. We ran this set up in late 2010 and early 2011 before we started sawing chassis in half. The car drove like a warm fuzzy blanket. The problem ...

Re: New addition to the stable.... RC10T conversion to buggy

My mistake, I didn't realize this was a resurrected thread due to his recent post regarding the paint and the constant build threads on here (and other sites) that immediately get posted to ebay.
There is a reason why you cannot spell the word assumption without ass. My bad OP.

Re: New addition to the stable.... RC10T conversion to buggy

Frankly, I have to admit that I find it very ODD that people go out of their way to find these cars on ebay, buy them, spend tons of money on parts and then post a build thread, just to immediately post that sucka back on the bay. I could understand if you stood to make a profit after the "rest...

Re: More questions for the experienced guys

heres my quick 2 cents; and btw these answers apply to a "modern" runner build, not a period correct car. 1. Buy a new A&L steering/ bellcrank setup and for get your troubles. Easy to install and easy to order via their website. Daryl is a member here and a great guy who has been suppo...

RPM nylon? Only if you want pickle green parts.
So what do the all knowing members here suggest to brighten up this RPM chassis?
Thanks in advance-

Re: Craigslist find! First post

My plan is to return it to OEM and shelf it. I have other less beautiful cars I can make into runners. What is the name / part # for the original rear tires? Is there a person or service on the site that will fill scratches and reanodize chassis? Thats a bummer, that thing was made to ran! Ask JK w...
