I've been looking for cougar parts on ebay uk but nobody seems to ship outside the uk, so slightly frustrating... I find that if you contact the sellers on Ebay UK and ask them to open up the listing to Europe, explaining that you are prepared for any increase in postage costs, they generally do so.

Looks more like a Bosscat to me.
