+1 to this, I'd of just left it alone. There's nothing special about a restored GT when it's been done 100+ times on the interweb.

Re: My RC10GT to go brushless

You should've just stuck with the stock shocks, they're fantastic. Good luck with the piggybacks, I've always heard they're a joke, that's why you don't see many people using them. JMO

Re: RC10GT

Ebay has all the parts. You should really have a full bearing set anyway and a pack of clutch nut clips. http://www.ebay.com/itm/RCS-Model-Bearing-Set-for-TEAM-ASSOCIATED-RC-RC10GT-w-CLUTCH-BELL-BEARINGS-BG416-/301683311596?hash=item463dba03ec http://www.ebay.com/itm/Associated-2661-Clutch-Nut-Clips...

I ordered 2 more cheap ST-15 bodies for a backup incase they dissapear, or just use a clear one for display. Re: Cure for the itch (RC10GT)

I need to update it, but I'm 99.9% sure the Tower body is made with the original GT mold, and I have the evidence to back it up, just haven't got arou...

Re: RC10GT-E is born

Honestly, you should have sold that never run black tub on eBay and bought a blue flat chassis. You probably would have come out with your electronics paid for, someone would have got a nice GT to build a shelfer, and you'd have a tougher chassis. Too late now, though; a few scratches, and that bla...
