You can have quality control issues in any country!

A dab of oil helps a bunch to keep the cap from grabbing it and twisting it out or damaging it. This is very similar to putting a little bit of oil on a new oil filter for a car.

Additionally, not have the bleeder screw on will typically help as well.

The ironic part though is that the US style stealth is reported to go together great, it's the ReRe new case and topshaft causing the problems.
