What about a section for 1:1 car projects? I've enjoyed watching the Chevell and the GN projects recently, would be cool to see other members' projects. We've got some talented folks on here.

Re: Hello from Ohio!!
Welcome! Depends on your goals with the car. If you want a runner or racer, I would suggest modern electronics and wheels/tires. If you want something more nostalgic and period correct to adorn a shelf and occasionally blast up and down the street then you can find all the correct vintage gear to do...

Re: RC28 modding
this is very cool to see! I don't have one but still interested. I think the micro-T parts are what were used when the guy made the NRC-32 rc10 buggies. he's making a yokomo mini, not sure what he is using for shocks on that model. Cool, if you happen to find out what shocks he's using let me know ...

Re: RC28 modding
Thanks Paul, It's good to know that I have one person interested, lol :P I wonder if they still make those shocks, they show out of stock and I didn't see any on ebay. With the Micro-T's being discontinued it's hard to say if they will keep making aftermarket parts for them. None the less, I request...

Re: RC28 modding

Only thing is, these cars are made so cheaply, i dont think they'...

Re: GoMachV’s 3d printing thread
yep! It was a kit or conversion that Schumacher made for the Bolink Digger 10. This would have competed with Tamiya SRB's and the like. Check out Thomas' website: https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.pro10-classic.com%2Fpro10werkbankbolinkdigger....

RC28 modding
The RC28 is good cheap fun, but there is a LOT of room for improvement on this rebranded Exceed buggy. For starters, the lack of a real front suspension. The buggy has arms with "living hinges" that allow some movement, but its way stiffer than the rear, which has suspension similar to a G...
