Hmmm - well 72mph and the first signs of trans problems! However, it didn't help that I tried to hold the thing still while trying to heat up the tires. DOH. They stuck better than I expected and I heard some belt slippage and clicking. It was fine after that but this along with multiple speed runs ...

I have a couple of 2 and 3s soft packs that I'd like to use for the truck so I'm basing mounting the other stuff around the battery! This is the basic config I think I can make work...Going to have to tweak exact plac...

Technically he could have a strong spring inside the driveline pushing it apart which should allow him to use it with a standard dogbone end. This is what I was thinking... They make a few styles of sliding shafts for the Traxxas Slash. I've also found, that nearly all companies use the same dimens...
