At a simple glance they are the same color as the team car teflon coated shocks.
Touch them and they weigh half as much and are warm. the aluminum shocks always feel cold.

The cap screws where a PITA, 3 went in after switching to a allen driver. One went in a little twisted and would not seat properly, had to seal it with threadlock.

I have just built a worlds rere, you guys prepared me well: I had new top shaft on hand; Idle gear; USA tranny case; even an 8-32 tap for bell crank nuts. What I was not ready for where "Plastic shocks!!!" :( I assume all modern cars have them. What am I doing wrong the springs rub, I have...

A buddy of mine worked at Demon in the UK . One of his duties was motor testing for the team drivers. Basically he would spend hours on end cherry picking motors. Lowest current draw highest RPM. IIRC. I know he used to also zap the magnets on his modified motors, weaker magnets less torque more rpm...
