Scr8p brought it up, but do I need to do a run of the Yok Werk's trays for those that are going to invest in one of these?…… or is everyone going with TBG?

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread

No Alex, IMO it looks a bit different from the 5040, but very close. They were really narrow, I think 0.75in and the knobs on them look (keyword) smaller. I had a bunch of the 5040s at one time. Pictured below.

I vaguely recall it now Reg. I don't think it was through ebay, I think you just asked me if I had one. If you are going with the Pro style wheels, let me know what color, I have a few different sets I was gonna part with very soon. It's all in the same box. ;)

Maybe you like also this one. I really can´t decide which of my 1/8th bodies is my overall favourite, but for sure it´s one of my Top 5 picks. Who knows the type and make of this body? Ferrari 512M, not sure of the manufacturer. I've got one painted and it's in pretty rough condtion. BTW, PM sent.

Re: Jay's/Mrlexan's Garage

The Rs where all out race cars, offered in 65 only. Yes, the 67 had a single hoop from the factory. I think (though I am not up on my other years history) the 68 did too, not sure about the 69 or 70.

On the roto after the sheetmetal work was done. New cowl, new floor section, fixed trunk opening, and repaired from shotgun (it has been wrecked and improperly replaced at some point in it's life.... don't know when).
