Keep in mind that there really isn't much difference between a vintage rustler and a modern one other than electronics. Compare prices with a new one and account for wear and such. Does anyone know what I would have to change if I put a brushless system? The VXL's had upgraded transmission components. The early Rulon peg slipper clutch isn't up to the power either. Probably earlier to buy a VXL transmission on Ebay and swap the components, rather than buying them individually...

I like the bodies on these older ones much better than the new rustler bodies. I'm in for more pics. from what I can see I have to wonder if it was ever ran.
