GoMachV's Stinger MKI build
Started rebuilding my Stinger when I found a nice parts lot on eBay from an international seller and decided to "start fresh". This is as far as I've gone so far, need a few more parts and most importantly an upper deck but it's getting there.
It also includes the optional brake which I haven't seen prior. Apparently it was included in some of the kits later on before the superior MKII setup was born.

Nope that's all it does! The brake was an option, original didn't use one!

I'm sure it wasn't, but the next and better version was just a plasti arm that drug on the clutch bell and it worked great when adjusted correctly.

Got a little further
Couple S-48 servos and the used suspension from my prior build. Shocks are re anodized but shockingly the collars are originals. Going to swap the parts out as I locate them. For now, she is almost a roller.

probably not box art, just something simple with decals. I do love the box art paint, but 1) im not great at painting and 2) lets be honest it will probably stay clear for a long while
