All Quadra arms I have/had are made by I.materialise. Parts are not polished because it's rather pricy process at I.materialise.
Who needs polished arms in a race car? Not me. Quadra parts were made just racing in mind! And after all unpolished surface finish ain't that bad.

I'm gonna run my car indoors today... :)

Materialize has been developing rapid prototyping techniques, including 3d printing, for over 15 years. They did not have much competition then, and mostly companies as their customers.

Must say, I was quite impressed with RC10-Quadra handling. It's smooth and easy to drive, still fast.
I drove it against my C4.2. Both 8.5T, same gearing, same driver... late at night these were my best results...

Cars: C4.2 / RC10-Quadra
Laps: 16 / 16
Total time: 5:08:76 / 5:14.50
Best lap: 18.69 / 18.81
Avg lap: 19.30 / 19.66
Std dev: 0.355 / 0.358

C4.2 should be faster, I have to do something with the setup

Alright, I got my parts yesterday. I've never dealt with printed parts before and what a weird texture.

Anyways, it appears the rear bulkhead needs a little notch for the rear arm mounts to fit. Is that correct? Or am I doing something wildly wrong?

Yes, you need to cut bulkhead corner away.

I only had to trim a very little bit on my re-re bulkhead to clear the arm.

You guys are killing me with all the cool stuff that's out right now!! Question - is the Klein arm setup not quite as long in front as this Quadra arm setup?

:D
If Klein front arm shares lenght with RPM Worlds Conversion front arm - I would call difference to Quadra front arm... huge!

right, the quadra front arms push a B4 wheel out to ROAR max with the standard length buggy front axles(not the truck axles), using a truck nose.

likewise in the rear with B4 wheels and bones, but b2/10t carriers. then the rear arm and arm mounts are tweaked such that they are the same center to center as the front arms.

Yeah, the quadra arms are significantly longer than the Klein arms. I could do a side-by-side pic if you want...after some minor disassembly.

Niki,

So, this design has the front and rear Track width maxed to 250mm, Roar Limit, using B4 drives, hub, hex, and std rc10 front casters with OG inline axles?

I read thru all 4pgs and saw this kinda scattered through comments. I'm just dbl checking the width, and strict need for the front suspension components.

thanks ;)

Joey's car was outside the limits, might want to check with him...

2nd post "2. PARTS" includes all needed parts. IF rere-Worlds kit #6002 part can't be used, replacement part is listed below.
