Where do I find foam wheels and tires that will fit my worlds car?

foams wont last long on the street .. look into something like proline road hogs they will last forever

these are supposed to be a great all around tire, dirt, asphalt, clay, etc for general running around.

also have fronts. for your worlds car (re-re?) they would be direct fit on 2.2" wheels.

I've seen a few cars that are on the original rc10 wheels that have foam tires on them. I'm assuming they're an on road tire. Does anyone know what they're off of and where I can get them?

I run a set of Bolink foams that I got off Ebay on a blacktop parking lot. Mine have Bolink Racing Tire on the sidewall. The rears are wearing well, but the fronts are eating up pretty quick. If I could find a smooth tennis court, or asphalt...

Does anyone still make foam tire for the RC10DS ? My local club is going to run a vintage class and I would love to get out the old RC10's

When I ran 1/12 scale many years ago, our club would collect everyone's used up foam wheels/tires and send them off to TRC (or some such place). Each person had to strip off the old rubber and clean them. They would return ready to install and run....

I got this bag of 4 foam donuts in with a lot of NIP buggy tires.
There appears to be 2 fronts and 2 rears, all sealed in a single bag. there is no identifying information on the package other than a blue dot on the inside of each tire.
the sizes...

I have new tires and foam inserts.
One tire is nice and plush with the foam supporting it.
The other tire is flat and the foam doesn't do much. I have to squeeze a bit to get the insides of the tire to touch the foam.
What gives? Is this common?...

Now that I've had a chance to run it through several packs... tires are working very well, not sure I'll ever fork over the money for a set of official tire inserts now. :idea:

I got a large box of foam tires old stock from a buddy of mine awhile ago
I have trued some of them. some are to far gone to use
can you still get just the foam donuts any where
all have plastic rims. I just wish I was capable of posting pictures...

I have some new foam tires for a RC500 and they have some small cracks from age. Does anyone have any ideas on what to use to recondition them? I have oil of wintergreen for my rubber tires, but I want something that might soak into the tire, maybe...

You can bag them as long as you don't care about the durometer of the foam changing-
