I always marvel at how people have the ability to do the things that they do, but as stated above some things should be left to different forums

jbmeyer13 (Justin) and I had started working on a '91 replica car before we realized that Jake and Niki were secretly doing the same. We thought that Jake's project had stalled out so we thought we'd give it a go. Needless to say he and Niki did an incredible job! Justin reached out to Steve Husting about some details of the '91 car. He took these photos to help us out. May as well share them now!

The first set are the pics he took of the steering and front end detail.

that's awesome. thanks for sharing those shots. it does answer some questions about what the rear hubs, the steering, and the front carriers. and those vent holes in the rear wheels! i remember seeing that before another rc10 of his. seems like masaki or masami tried to get the most out of those tires.

any idea if that front upper piece of nylon, that holds down the upper deck to the front bulkhead, is a separate piece?

You can see in the third picture that I posted that it is a separate piece.

The broken top deck was an early "chassis flex" experiment

Nice shots - thanks!

The most interesting thing about the rear wheels to me is the fact that he completely cut off the side walls of the wheels. It's a bit like 1/8 scale wheels in that regards. The pink discs cover this up to mask this tactic.

that's the same thing Kinwald did with his worlds RC10. Cedric has some pretty good pics of when he did his replica.
