absolutely beautiful. i swear white rpm plastic makes me horny...

i have one i've been piecing together for ages. your plastic looks whiter though, i wonder if after time white rpm plastic gets discolored by sunlight or something.

by the way, even my rc10t rpm conversions have the motor guard shifted over. it kinda bugs me now since you pointed it out...

the rpm trans i'm putting in this seems to have yellowed off quite a bit, and it's nip. i'll probably pick up another and see if i get lucky with that one.

sorry about pointing that out. i just figured it was mine, not all of them, as it seems to be. it's definately a neat chassis. i think this one is my favorite of the ones i have, so far.

I don't know if I get that excited when I see white rpm plastic, but it is super clean  .

badhoopty, I was looking back at some of your non-rpm chassis cars in your "rc10 collect" topic, since you posted rear views of the cars also, and noticed that all the motor plates are slightly shifted over too, or is it just the angle of the pictures?

lol, no need to apologize. i blame rpm. its just wierd that its off so much yet everthing still lines up.

does the rpm tranny fit the buggy chassis with the narrow rear teamcar conversion? i've never put one in a buggy.

:x nope, don't fit. it looks like there'll be enough material on the trans case to massage it just enough so it'll drop in. if not, i'll be on the hunt for a nip white stealth case.

i'm gonna try my best to. i need to find one of those steering enhancement kits yet. i think it's also gonna get a set of t4 threaded shocks. i like the looks of them. i also got a nip pair of mip lightweight outdrives that will find their way on this car, too. oh ya, and the white rpm ball cups, and i'll put some lunsford turnbuckles on it.

On a side note, did RPM make caster blocks?

ya, they made a steering enhancement kit for the 10t, which included the castor block and knuckle. i found a used set on ebay a week or 2 back, but they looked pretty used up.

they pop up on ebay quite a bit.
one thing to note about using the 10t steering enhancement kit on the buggies is that with the suspension at full droop, the beefed up area on the steering arm where the ball stud mounts will make contact with the suspension arm when the steering is fully cranked. there is added material there to get more thread area for the ball stud.

i have hg vlt b2 shocks on my white rpm in the above pic (junk shocks, but they look sweet) and just used internal spacers to keep the front end from drooping and making contact with the 10t knuckles. on my runner i didnt do anything and havent noticed any ill-sided effects, but runnin it up and down the alley every blue moon doesnt really test it like it should.

well, i highly doubt mine will ever be driven, so it won't be a problem with any kind of interference. but thanks for the heads up. if you see any come up on ebay, let me know. unless your lookin for them too.
