RC10T2 parts
RC10T2 parts
Hello from France
I'm new in this forum
I have a T2 bought new in 1995 and i'm back to the track with it.
I rebuild it (i have to post pictures, they are @ home i'll do it asap) disassembled it, cleaning all the plastic, rebuild the diff and shocks with new o rings and oil and it was almost as new.
I'm impressed buy the quality and the fact that the truck after a few time was ready to race again.
I changed the motor by a 3520 kv 4 poles and some 5.2 A 30C lipo. The truck was fast, full of power, and verry funny. Unfortunately i broke the right rear arm mount
Thanks

Hello All
I've just received THE spare part for my truck #7363 !
I'm back on the track !
I also might have found someone who can marke this part in aluminium. So i might never broke it up again !
Some pics in action when the sun will be back in Toulouse. It's 1 month now that it's raining and we are supposed to be in the south of france.
Thanks
Laurent

Re: RC10T2 parts
Nice truck... Interesting battery strap, can also see it being nice in carbon.
Also possible to do inline electronics too

Re: RC10T2 parts
Hello
The battery strap is home made from the original plastic battery strap.
I used 2 3mm * 45 mm screws and put some silicone hose to insulate it from the chassis.
I should make 2 nice pices of carbon to fix the battery but i don't have carbon and this system works well.
I ran the truck last sunday and it was a lot of fun. With the 5.2 A lipo i have almost 45mn with an incredible top speed, maybe too much for this truck.
I ordered from a korean site some aluminium rear arms mount and received them yesterday. It's 0° of toe-in but it seems very strong. It's a good replacement part for the 7363 associated, very hard to find.
My next option for this truck will be mip cvd i think.
Thanks

Re: RC10T2 parts
So after almost one year i'm still breaking the same part.
I also broke a dogbone and find a pair of the originals plus other spares at a good price.
After a 2nd crash i will use the 0° toe-in aluminium rear arms mount and the 3° toe-in outboard that i found for this truck.
I hope the set up will be ok too.
I try to save my 2 last 3° toe-in rear arms mount for the next owner of this truck, i'm not sure i will keep it as i'm looking for a runner with spare parts (a 8 y/o child needs spare parts )

Re: RC10T2 parts
Hello
Sorry for the late reply.
Here some pictures of my T2's back
and
It's the T2 back
My motor guard is completely deformed. It has been used a lot and saved my motor a lot of times but now it's too desformed to be efficient.
If someone has this motor guard for T2 or an other suitable motor guard i might be interested.
This truck might also be for sale, i'm wondering if i try to find a good runner for brushless motors or if i keep this truck running. I don't want this to cost me hundreds of euro that's why i'm thinking about a newer runner.
