ballhog, here are some pics of the wheels & tires I just received from the aforementioned eBay seller. The ones I linked are the exact same, just the color is different. Note that they just BARELY clear the side-guards, but your car doesn't have them, so that shouldn't be an issue at all. The tires came pre-glued already.

Sweet, Those look good. I like the tires too. Looks like they mount using the stock kyosho adapters. Mine has some really nice adapters to run the LRP rims, I may just try and add tires.

Yes, they bolt right onto the stock 12mm hex drives. The price is hard to beat. :)

i got some extra wide hexes from an A&L kit i bought that would be perfect for the problem you are having with them being so close to the side guards. pm daryl lane maybe he has extra's.

How wide are those hexes? I assume not too wide that the axle threads don't stick out through the wheels anymore? I might be interested. :)
