My Humble JRX Pro Build

Post by FasterLouder »

Here's my almost finished JRX Pro...Started out as a super tidy 5 linked JRXT and just did the conversion to a buggy.
All the suspension, shocks, tranny, tires and rear rims are new,the body is an original survivor and after a very hard fought battle,I scored myself a Jr's Choice motor...Only wanted one for liKe 5 years.
Might still buy a repro body and box art it,but I'm pretty happy with it,as is,for the time being.
Thanks to Erich R for the NIP extra long rear shock bodies and Gazza for the NIP rear rims.

Nice job! I really like the the paint scheme.... simple but effective & suitably period 8) Reminds me that my Pro needs a good clean-up

I'm always on the look out for a nice NIB Revolution motor for my JRX2 Build too - but they seem few & far between :|

I am currently building a pro. I had so many spare parts lying around that I put together a nearly complete pro out of them. Then again I could pretty much build most versions of the car from these parts. I decided to build a Pro though but only lacked the graphite chassis. I've got a chassis. Just not the correct one. Fortunately bearrickster has helped me out there so very soon I'll have a running pro of my own to sit next to my main JRX which is part Pro-SE, part Junior 2, and part original JRX2.
