G'day guys

Finally got around to running my updated 959. TBG shell, repro decals & Tamiya white wheels are far nicer than the standard yellow ones.

I really like it.

Nice one! The wheels were the only thing I didn't like about mine, Are they tamiya M chassis wheels?

I am turning my mf-01x into a porsche 959. i have a masking set that will allow me to use the tamiya ps-4 blue , ps-1 white, ps-5 black AND to do the striping. For the striping would the ps-2 red and ps-52 champagne gold aluminum be the correct...

Hi:

I have a 959 and the arms are developing some cracks. I have only driven the car for less than 10 minutes since I own it in 1997.

I notice that the cracks are on the arms only.

Questions:

(1) do you have the same problem?
(2) I notice there...

No - the only cracked parts has been the rear arms. Perhaps it hasn´t seen much sun in it´s former life.

As I recall it, this thing was lightning fast and would never tilt as long as You keept the MSC in step three :D
I have fond memories of running the 959 - The street I grew up in (dead end village road) had tarmac, concrete sidewalks and ended up...

Finally i found the time to paint a model myself again...

Everything you see besides the decals is painted from the inside, some stuff still missing (spoiler, outside paint for some parts etc..)

I got this a couple of years ago, it was apparently built for Toy traders in Sydney back in 85 for a hobby show. It was run a few times at the show then put in the box. Until now. I got the box, manual, second set of wheels with slick tyres, preiod...
