Might be front a company called Limit Racing Products. Can find their ads in RCCA from the early 90's. They made some aluminum wheels with funky patterns similar to those.

Didn't New Era sell wheels like those? I recall some truck wheels with a similar pattern.

They might have- I seem to recall something like them now that you mention it, but I always thought New Era was for larger scale stuff?
